Cara pertama untuk menempatkan Google Adsense adalah menggunakan Page Element Adsense. Google Adsense yang dipasang menggunakan page element ini adalah Adsense for Content..
Masuk kelayar Layout > Page Element. Layar ini menampilkan Layout dan Element yang terdapat di Blog.
Klik Add Page Element, pada Jendela Choose New Page Element pilih Adsense.
Pada jendela publisher isikan data-data yang diminta, jika kamu lupa kamu bisa login ke account adsense kamu dan melihat data tersebut, data tersebut bisa kamu lihat pada tab My Account di Google Adsense.
Pilihlah ukuran dan warna yang dikehendaki pada layar Configure Adsense di Blogspot, klik SAVE CHANGES jika sudah selesai.

Cara kedua untuk menempatkan Google Adsense adalah menggunakan Page Element HTML. Dengan element ini kita bisa menempatkan semua jenis Adsense. Yaitu adsense for content, adsense for search dan adsense for refferals.
Login ke Google Adsense.
Ambil kode dari masing-masing jenis adsense, copy ke clipboard.
Dari layar Page Element di Blogspot klik Add Page Element.
Dari Jendela Choose New Page Element pilih element HTML.
Pastekan kode dari Google adsense tadi ke kotak dialog page element HTML, klik SAVE.
Ulangi langkah-langkah 2,3,4,5 dan 6 tadi untuk masing-masing jenis Adsense.

Mengubah Tampilan Google Adsense di Blogspot.

Kita dapat menyesuaikan tampilan dari Adsense for Content pada blog, hal ini sangat berguna. Kenapa ? agar iklan yang tampil bisa menyatu dengan tampilan blog, dan terlihat lebih alami. Syukur-syukur jika pengunjung menganggapnya sebagai bagian dari blog, dan mengkliknya.

Untuk mengubah tampilan kita tinggal menggunakan panel-panel yang telah disediakan. Format - untuk mengubah ukuran dari Units, Colors - untuk mengubah warna tampilan units, sesuaikanlah dengan konfigurasi warna dari blog yang kita miliki.

users just like you have created communities for
people with common interests.
There are communities for just about any subject, and
if you find that there isn’t a community for the
subject you can create one. This is a great place to
advertise your blog.

The nice thing about communities is that there isn’t
any limit as to how many communities that you can
join.

For example, say that you love blogging about books,
horseback riding, and skiing in Tahoe. All you have to
do is look through the communities for ones that have
those interests and join them.

To write successful advertisement content is to catch the attention of the customer at first sight as they flicker though the brochures and fliers like they flip through a magazine and not how they will read books with concentration. It need not be necessary that the customer reads each and every line of the advertisement; hence, each line should be effective and should pass out a message. So it’s not only necessary to write logical matter, but it should also be creative enough.

Firstly, only relevant and specific matter should be written in the ad. Some content writers fear missing out information and write as much as they can. This will only disinterest the customers more and space will be wasted. The writing style should be related to the type of flier or brochure that is to be written. Its usual for the reader to read skipping lines in between and there is a possibility that they will read it from bottom to top. It always helps to use words that sell. But still, the content should be properly organized with the heading at the top, body in the middle and conclusion at the end. The main points can be written as sub-headings, in bold font. The body following the sub-heading should discuss the sub-heading and if it is related to any other sub-heading, even those points should be discussed. If the product is to be discussed from the technical point, it should not be so technical that it sounds like a foreign language to a common man.

Chucking is another technique that can be used. Chucking is writing small stories with conclusion at the end. They can either have or not have connection between themselves. Its better if they aren’t connected, because it won’t require the reader to go back to a previous chunk in order to understand the present chunk he is reading. This works quite well when there are pictures in the advertisement and the chunk illustrates the picture. The two-dimensional picture is speechless unless some well-chosen words talks about it and motivates the customers. Obviously, while chucking, sub-headings can be used to let out critical information. Another point to be considered is the product or company about which the content is based on. Suppose if the brochure is related to a corporate, the style of writing should be formal.

Spelling mistakes should be avoided to the maximum extent. They reflect poor quality and bring bad reputation to the client. The design should speak clearly and loudly about the organization being discussed. Unclear, cluttered and illogical information creates an illusion that the company also has the same characteristics. Catalogues are the only source of advertisement for some businesses, because of low investments. Such kind of business catalogues won't require much writing, just product description will do. Instead one can work on the font sizes, colors, etc.

The next step should be writing information about contacts so as to buy the product; detailed forms are big turn-off. Contact information, postal address and website URL should be clearly specified. Also include whether the business accepts cash, check or credit card. Another thing to be taken care of is the contact information, which is usually written on the forms, which have to be mailed. It is better to write them on the advertisement also so that the customers can save it for future reference.

After the final content is written, it’s the time for organizing it. Depending on the demand of the products, arrange them in hierarchy, especially when designing a catalogue because each of the products should get the consideration and attention they deserve.

It is a good habit to write down procedures, which have been applied to every kind of advertisements written. And also save the information like what customers were targeted with what kind of advertisements, to use to the same kind of logic the next time to similar customers. This helps to create a blueprint for a future job.

Some critics accuse Google of being a one-trick pony and warn that competitors, newly emerging and potentially better search engines, are a mere mouse click away. 

But Google's secret sauce has more ingredients than its clever way of organising and ranking search results.

Equally important is the technology underlying the vast data centres that give Google the scale, speed and efficiency to serve its rapidly growing number of users.

And finally there are Google's two money spinners: AdWords - which puts relevant advertisements next to Google's own search results - and AdSense, the revenue-sharing deals that put Google's context-driven adverts on third-party websites.

The clever thing here is Google's restraint. It auctions advertising space not to the highest bidder but the most relevant advertiser, making Google users happy and generating more lucrative click-throughs to the websites of the advertisers.

Google's real ambition

Google may be a money spinner, but the company says it has much more high-minded aims than making a fast internet buck.

"Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful," claims its corporate vision statement.

Note the word universal. Whether high-minded or not, it is this "Google everywhere" ambition that makes it such a successful company.

Over the years, Google has been releasing a steady stream of innovative tools and services - some of them developed in-house, many others bought in from start-ups: Gmail, Google Docs for word processing and spreadsheets, Picasa for picture editing, Google Earth and Maps for location-based search and display of information, Blogger, YouTube's video service ... the list is seemingly endless.

Not that long ago this looked like random growth. But as these services get a more coherent look and feel, the pieces of Google's puzzle are falling into place.

Every search we do, every tool we use helps Google to gather more information and organise the artefacts of our knowledge society.

The price to pay

Providing an entry point to Google's search engine at every level keeps feeding our Google habit, and creates a virtuous circle: the more information Google has, the better its search results, the happier its users, the higher the click-throughs on adverts, the bigger the profits, the more money for new "free" services that entice users to surrender yet more information.

It may leave us happy and Google profitable, but is it a corporate disaster waiting to happen?

Messrs Page and Brin may famously - or notoriously - promise that Google "can make money without doing evil".

But with Google hoarding all this personalised and traceable information in its vast data centres, issues of data safety, privacy, and corporate Big Brothership are looming large.

The chrome Android

Google is expanding because the internet is expanding. The definition of where the internet ends is getting hazy, with devices like fridges, digital picture frames and mobile phones becoming part of the internet-enabled world.

The company's next steps are already mapped. This week it launched its very own internet browser, called Chrome.

Today's browsers were built to show web pages, says Google, not to be platforms for complex applications.  Chrome promises to bring stability to our online experience - and the more computing happens on the internet, the more information Google can gather.

Coming shortly is an even more important piece of software called Android, Google's (Linux-based) operating system for internet-enabled telephones.

Google makes the same business case as for  Chrome: today's smart phones were not designed for the mobile internet, so Google steps into the breach.

Partner or rival?

The company started ten years ago by two students has the size to do it all.

At the end of 2007 it had 16,800 employees, and is reportedly hiring about 100 new people each week. 

But with Google spreading its wings and complementing more and more parts of our lives, a rapidly growing number of companies in ever more industries have to ponder whether this "search engine" is a partner, a competitor or a destroyer of business models.

Google's company motto could quite as well be: "Anything you can do I can do better - and for free."

It leaves even Google's largest rivals constantly stressed out - whether it is Microsoft (who saw the beta launch of its new browser Internet Explorer 8 overshadowed by Chrome), or ailing web portal Yahoo, which was forced to agree a revenue-sharing deal by outsourcing some of its advertising to Google.

Even the people who happily pay Google top advertising dollar are getting worried. They complain that Google's dominance could result in a lack of choice, not least since the company bought its way into the world of traditional display advertising on the web, through the acquisition of Doubleclick.

Triumvirate

This is especially true during the current economic downturn. Google expects that its revenue is going to hold up, because its advertising service is highly targeted and its success measurable. It's the old media with their mass medium approach that have to worry.

And to reassure investors, Google executives are pledging that they won't fall into the Yahoo trap of trying to turn Google into a media company.

Google chief executive Eric Schmidt told Conde Nast Portfolio that "one of the general rules we've had is 'don't own the content; partner with your content company'".

But even here the lines are blurring. Is there a lot of difference between "old media" publishing the pictures and videos supplied by news agencies, freelance photographers and their own audiences, and Google News or YouTube?

For now, the Google juggernaut rolls on.

The two founders keep driving the company's technical excellence, and Mr Schmidt - a veteran of the technology industry - ensures that the money keeps coming.

This triumvirate has made an informal deal to stick together for at least 20 years, says Mr Schmidt.Plenty of time for Google to secure its position as the lynchpin of our internet economy.

Menempatkan Google Adsense di Blogspot.

Cara pertama untuk menempatkan Google Adsense adalah menggunakan Page Element Adsense. Google Adsense yang dipasang menggunakan page element ini adalah Adsense for Content..
Masuk kelayar Layout > Page Element. Layar ini menampilkan Layout dan Element yang terdapat di Blog.
Klik Add Page Element, pada Jendela Choose New Page Element pilih Adsense.
Pada jendela publisher isikan data-data yang diminta, jika kamu lupa kamu bisa login ke account adsense kamu dan melihat data tersebut, data tersebut bisa kamu lihat pada tab My Account di Google Adsense.
Pilihlah ukuran dan warna yang dikehendaki pada layar Configure Adsense di Blogspot, klik SAVE CHANGES jika sudah selesai.

Cara kedua untuk menempatkan Google Adsense adalah menggunakan Page Element HTML. Dengan element ini kita bisa menempatkan semua jenis Adsense. Yaitu adsense for content, adsense for search dan adsense for refferals.
Login ke Google Adsense.
Ambil kode dari masing-masing jenis adsense, copy ke clipboard.
Dari layar Page Element di Blogspot klik Add Page Element.
Dari Jendela Choose New Page Element pilih element HTML.
Pastekan kode dari Google adsense tadi ke kotak dialog page element HTML, klik SAVE.
Ulangi langkah-langkah 2,3,4,5 dan 6 tadi untuk masing-masing jenis Adsense.

Mengubah Tampilan Google Adsense di Blogspot.

Kita dapat menyesuaikan tampilan dari Adsense for Content pada blog, hal ini sangat berguna. Kenapa ? agar iklan yang tampil bisa menyatu dengan tampilan blog, dan terlihat lebih alami. Syukur-syukur jika pengunjung menganggapnya sebagai bagian dari blog, dan mengkliknya.

Dari beberapa tips yang pernah aku baca, masalah tampilan ini sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan performance. Jadi sangat masuk akal jika kita juga ikut-ikutan mengubah tampilannya.

Yang harus diingat adalah jangan pernah mengubah kode yang telah diberikan, untuk mengubah warna, ukuran dan sebagainya, ubahlah di panel yang telah disediakan oleh pihak Google.

Untuk mengubah tampilan Google Adsense melalui page element: 1) masuk kelayar Layout > Page Element, 2) klik link Edit pada element adsense, 3) lalu akan muncul layar Configure Adsense.

Untuk mengubah tampilan kita tinggal menggunakan panel-panel yang telah disediakan. Format - untuk mengubah ukuran dari Units, Colors - untuk mengubah warna tampilan units, sesuaikanlah dengan konfigurasi warna dari blog yang kita miliki.

¿Cuánto ganaré cuando tenga 1.000 visitas?

Puedo afirmar que si la regla de tres se hubiera cumplido como predecía en aquel entones, hoy en día seguramente estaría contándoles como ganar fuertes sumas de dinero con este negocio. Pero la realidad es otra. Con AdSense las reglas de tres no se cumplen ya que los factores cambian de un día para el otro.

Cuando recién comenzamos y tenemos 20 visitas al mes y ganamos 3 dólares, nos imaginamos que si el negocio sigue creciendo así, cuando tengamos 100 visitas ganaremos 15 dólares.

Pero esto es un error: Lo que ocurre es que con AdSense no se mantienen los parámetros iniciales a medida va pasando el tiempo y nuestro sitio va creciendo (en visitas e impresiones). Esas mismas visitas hacen que los valores de nuestra cuenta fluctúen para bien o para mal.

En mi caso personal, ha sido directamente negativo el aumento de visitas en mis sitios, dado que se incrementaron los valores de Impresiones, visitas, CPM y por otro lado los valores del clic (CTR), no se incrementaron como yo esperaba.

A esto, lo primero que se nos ocurre es decir: "Entonces la optimización de los anuncios está fallando", pero lamentablemente no es así. La optimización ha cambiado y mejorado diariamente los últimos dos años. Y los valores continúan bajos.

Me parece a mí, que el sistema va aprendiendo de nuestros sitios. Primero que nada, la temática es la fundamental a la hora de indicar que ganancias tendrás. Lamentablemente las temáticas más rentables son las menos visitadas.

• Lo segundo es el número de visitantes que obtengas. Con este dato el sistema incrementará el número de impresiones de anuncios; ósea el CPM. Cuanto más impresiones de anuncios; el CPM caerá. Antes, recuerdo que con anuncios CPM se ganaba mucho más, y hoy en día ya no es así. Los anunciantes buscan resultados. Buscan que las personas hagan clic y entren a una web. Por eso invierten más en los anuncios por Clic.

Dado el número de impresiones de anuncios, y la cantidad de clics obtenidos, los ingresos fluctuarán. Cuantas menos impresiones de anuncios y más clics obtengas, más dinero recaudarás.

Como siempre, es muy fácil decirlo que hacerlo, ya que a la hora de implementarlo es mucho más difícil. Es prácticamente imposible tener 100 impresiones y 100 clics. Esto nos daría un CTR del 100% y unas ganancias óptimas.

Pero aquí va un secreto:

Para descender el número de impresiones limitate a mostrar en una página web un único anuncio. De esta manera ese anuncio mostrará los avisos  mejores pagos para tu temática.

Busca el lugar más importante de tu sitio para mostrar ese anuncio. Sigue los consejos que da Google a la hora de optimizar y verás que ese único anuncio rinde mucho más que mostrar tres por página.

Entiendo que estos datos relacionados con el CPM y CTR son un tanto entreverados para el que recién comienza. No obstante verás que a medida pase el tiempo y pruebes nuevas combinaciones de anuncios, las ganancias comenzarán a seguir patrones. Estos patrones de comportamiento te ayudarán a detectar la web’s o subdominios que ganan menos y desactivar los anuncios a tiempo, para que no afecte los ingresos
